At Grailed Locker, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our curated fashion pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship to Grailed Locker

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
